The "IK Screen" is a specialized filter for resin extruders and screen changers that can remove impurities such as foreign substances and carbides with high precision. In addition to standard products, we can propose wire mesh that has been processed according to customer needs, such as types with multiple mesh sizes spot-welded together and reinforced frames with increased pressure resistance, allowing for flexible adaptation to various types of resin extruders. We also manufacture filters and accessories in various materials and shapes. For improved corrosion resistance, we use materials such as nickel, Monel, and Hastelloy. For enhanced functionality, we utilize metal non-woven fabrics like BMTzz, Naslon, and Bekipor.
